General:
Swift Roof Rubber is a modified flexible acrylic emulsion with a slight sheen for waterproofing of sloped roofs, parapets, and wall surfaces.
 

Uses:
Swift Roof Rubber is used to restore, decorate and protect roofing materials and trimmings. Apply by spray, brush, or roller to metal, zinc, tiles, fiber cement, gutters, parapet walls, and more. Suitable for sloped and vertical surfaces, not suitable for ponds or concrete roof slabs.

 

Equipment:
Swift Roof Rubber may be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray system.
 

Weather:
Apply during good weather conditions, avoiding rain within 48 hours. Do not apply when ambient temperatures are below 15°C or above 40°C.

 

Application:
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and sound. Apply 2–3 coats using brush, roller, or airless spray (tip 517–521).
 

Coverage:

3–4m²/L per coat. When used with polyester membrane, allow 1–1.25L/m². Dry 2–3 hours between coats at 25°C and 50% humidity. Fully cured in 48 hours.
 

Service Life & Maintenance:
Swift Roof Rubber has an expected service life of 7–10 years with a maintenance coat in year 5 to replace granular loss. Inspect roofs regularly and maintain gutters.
 

Health & Safety:
Swift Roof Rubber is mildly alkaline. Wear gloves, eye and face protection. Wash tools and skin with water after
use.
